Background
Mark Sucher was born in Detroit and has been a lifelong Michigan resident. Like so many native Detroiters, both he and his wife were born into families closely tied to the automotive industry. As a young man, Mark worked in his family’s tire business.

Practice history
Attorney Mark Sucher began his legal career in 1984 as an associate attorney at a small personal injury law firm in the Detroit area, where he practiced personal injury litigation until he opened his own law practice in 1993. During his career as a trial lawyer, Mr. Sucher has devoted all of his professional energies to representing injured victims in a wide variety of claims.

Mark’s clients work with him directly. He explains every step in plain English, returns calls and emails himself, and makes himself available by appointment — including home or hospital visits for clients who cannot come to the office.

Mark is licensed to practice law in the Michigan state courts and has been admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
