Mark Sucher was born in Detroit and has been a lifelong Michigan resident. He is married and has two children. Like so many native Detroiters, both he and his wife were born into families closely tied to the automotive industry. As a young man, Mark worked in his family’s tire business, which will soon celebrate it’s 100th anniversary.
Mr. Sucher received his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in 1979 and graduated from the prestigious Detroit College of Law in 1984, which has since relocated to East Lansing and is now the Michigan State University College of Law.
Attorney Mark Sucher began his legal career in 1984 as an associate attorney at a small personal injury law firm in the Detroit area, where he practiced personal injury litigation until he opened his own law practice in 1993. During his career as a trial lawyer, Mr. Sucher has devoted all of his professional energies to representing injured victims in a wide variety of claims. He has collected millions of dollars in damages on behalf of his clients.
Mark enjoys sports, music, photography, movies, travel, and spending time with his family.
Attorney Mark Sucher has been active in the following organizations: State Bar of Michigan, American Bar Association, Oakland County Bar Association, Executive Board Member of Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Vice President and Executive Board Member of NFWB Baseball and President and Board Member of his Homeowners Association. Mr. Sucher is licensed to practice law in the State courts and is also admitted to practice in the Federal courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
